Return Policy

We strive for 100% satisfaction with all  A Green Co. products. If any item purchased at www.AGreenCo.in reaches you in a damaged or defective condition, you may return it for a replacement within 5 days. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact. All replacements shall be executed on a case to case basis at the discretion of  A Green Co. Please note, all shipping charges are non-refundable.

For any of our design/customized/engraved/printed cases, we specially manufacture cases as per the orders. As a result, it is not possible for us to return an order once the order manufacturing process has started for that case or the product has been delivered to the customer. 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

After placing the order customer can cancel the order within 1 hour if he/she wishes to. And in case of customer requests for cancellation, it will be processed through same mode within 7 – 10 working days.

For any of our design/customized/engraved/printed cases, we specially manufacture cases as per the orders. As a result, it is not possible for us to cancel an order once the order manufacturing process has started for that case.
