Shipping Policy 

 – For our Plain cases, we usually ship within 1 working day and they would be delivered all over India within 2-5 days depending upon the location and best delivery services available.

 – For any of our design/customized/engraved/printed cases, we specially manufacture cases as per the orders. This means that it would take about 3-5 working days to dispatch them. They would reach you within 8-10 days post ordering.

Once the order is dispatched, you would receive the Tracking Information/Link on your listed Email Address and Text Messages. You can track the package with the provided information. 

Transit times are determined by shipping method. However, shipping may be varied during acts of nature, festivals or unforeseen circumstances that may impede the logistical planning. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us and expedited shipping shall be organized if possible. We will give our best that your product reaches you on time.

All orders will ship through ground courier unless otherwise decided. An estimate of the shipping charges is available while you “check out”. As an operating guideline, orders equal to and under INR 499, shall carry a nominal shipping fee based on location.

Return Policy

We strive for 100% satisfaction with all  A Green Co. products. If any item purchased at www.AGreenCo.in reaches you in a damaged or defective condition, you may return it for a replacement within 5 days. Please ensure however that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact. All replacements shall be executed on a case to case basis at the discretion of  A Green Co. Please note, all shipping charges are non-refundable.

For any of our design/customized/engraved/printed cases, we specially manufacture cases as per the orders. As a result, it is not possible for us to return an order once the order manufacturing process has started for that case or the product has been delivered to the customer. 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

After placing the order customer can cancel the order within 1 hour if he/she wishes to. And in case of customer requests for cancellation, it will be processed through same mode within 7 – 10 working days.

For any of our design/customized/engraved/printed cases, we specially manufacture cases as per the orders. As a result, it is not possible for us to cancel an order once the order manufacturing process has started for that case.
